Salon policy.

We understand that life happens, however we require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to notify of a cancellation within 24hrs means you will be charged 50% of the initial appointment cost. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the initial appointment cost. This is non-refundable or transferrable.

We do not work over other techs work for health & safety reasons. Please note if you come into your appointment and haven’t notified us prior you will be turned away and charged a 100% late cancellation fee.

No shows will not be tolerated. With limited appointments available, if you cannot attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. No shows will be charged 100% of initial appointment cost.

Running Late: Quality services take time. If you are running late please contact us immediately. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, please note that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment after this time and you will be charged as a no show. This ensures that all appointments are running on time.
